My grandmother's uncle Victor Wheatley born 1885 London Whitechapel, his parents were Sarah Elderfield and William Wheatley, he had two sisters (one was my great grandmother) and two brothers, although there possibly were two more who died in childhood.  Sadly there isn't a photo of Pearl.  Victor married Rose Emily Walker in 1912 and they had a daughter, little Rose, my Nan's cousin.  Victor and Rose ran a Newsagents shop in Bethnal Green and Victor's Mum, Sarah Elderfield, lived with them until she died at the age of 94 after, so the family story goes, she was 'shook up something bad' after a bomb dropped further down the street.....
